What should I bring to my appointment?
At your first appointment with Dr Dubenec, you should bring the following with you:
• A valid referral letter from your GP-specialist
• Medicare Card
• Copy of any relevant investigations, including any imaging either by hard copy, website link or on CD/USB containing the Dicom images. Please ask your hospital or imaging facility for these before turning up to your consultation.
You will first see Dr Dubenec and then you may be asked to have further investigations depending on your history and examination.

I have been told I’m having a Stent - What does that mean?
A stent procedure is to treat a narrow or blocked blood vessel. Basically, you will have a small mesh tube inserted into a blood vessel to ensure that there is a good flow of blood through this vessel.
